Whitchurch Baptism Register:
"1824 Nov 9 POWYS Louisa Philippa d. Henry Philip, gent. & Philippa Emma of Southgate in the parish of Edmonton"
She was living at Hatley St George, Tormoham, Devon at the 1881 census so probably she died there in Oct 1881. She was staying with a Sophia St George with an 88 year old Sophia St George who also had a female ‘Francis Powiu’ with her and also said she was a niece and born in Southgate. Louisa and Frances were sisters.
But I simply cannot work out who Sophia St George was.
