Identified in the album as possibly Sarah Bartholomew, but not so.
Bridget spotted this to be the same as the lady in 11A who definitely
was not Sarah. The fact that it was taken in Cannes makes it plausible
that she was Christine Cecilia (née Hayward) Powys, first wife of
William Reginald Lybbe Powys who sometimes used the last two parts as
his surname; they may have journeyed to Cannes.
Bridget also noted that her velvet dress was rather fine.
